How we spend our time is how we spend our lives. Yet it can feel like time is the enemy, chasing us or inconveniently dragging its feet. In this workshop Clutter Coach and Journal Therapist Carolyn Koehnline will share practical strategies and art and writing processes to come into a more balanced relationship with time, addressing overscheduling, shifting between activities, tracking on multiple roles and responsibilities, and using unstructured time well.
